Deburr Technician / Grinder (Aerospace)

Location: Marysville, WA

Pay: $20–$25/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Weekend Shift Available

Aerospace Manufacturing Role – Hands-On Work with Tools

We’re hiring Deburr Technicians / Grinders to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on precision finishing of metal parts using hand tools and grinding equipment.

Ideal for candidates with deburring, grinding, or mechanical experience , or anyone comfortable working with hand tools in a production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deburr and finish metal parts to meet customer specifications

• Blend edges and remove imperfections using hand tools and grinders

• Use tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders

• Follow detailed work instructions and engineering requirements

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Maintain clean, organized work areas

• Track and document completed work

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Experience with deburring, grinding, or hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity

Preferred:

• Experience with deburr guns, pencil grinders, or similar tools

• Manufacturing or production experience

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
