Handle incoming calls, provide excellent customer service, and address any questions or concerns. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance knowledge and skills. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Active Property & Casualty license is a plus but not required. Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferable, but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License; licensing assistance available. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer‑focused with a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations. Adaptability to remote work while maintaining productivity and collaboration. Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships. Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is a bonus.
