Job Overview

• Call Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off with 24-hour call coverage.
• Patient Load: Manage 10 patients per shift, with approximately 360 deliveries each year.
• Department Size: 15-bed obstetrics unit.
• Response Time: 25-minute response time for beeper calls.
• Required Skills: Proficiency in OB ultrasounds, C-sections, and handling complicated deliveries.
• Surgical Responsibilities: Involvement in gynecological surgeries, including both open and laparoscopic procedures.
• Provider Support: Access to a pool of multiple providers for continuous coverage through 2026.
• Certifications Needed: NRP, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications are mandatory.
