Brex seeks a Product and Privacy Counsel to lead privacy programs and guide regulatory strategy across fintech markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to scale privacy, assess legal developments, and advise on product and data initiatives to protect Brex's business objectives. The role requires a JD, US bar admission, 4+ years in privacy/regulatory work, and a business-minded, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
