Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and other assistive listening devices to ensure optimal performance Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing loss, device use, treatment options, and ongoing care while monitoring and modifying care plans as needed. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Audiologist credentialed from the Texas Department of State Health Services required. Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred. Education: Doctorate of Audiology (AudD) required.
