HireNow Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will support over-the-road transportation operations by safely transporting primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight while maintaining exceptional customer service and full DOT compliance. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner tractors equipped with automatic transmissions while ensuring on-time deliveries and safe transportation practices.Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Operate assigned over-the-road routes while complying with all DOT regulations.
• Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Follow company safety policies and transportation procedures.
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company.

Freight Responsibilities

• Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
• Operate Freightliner tractors that are three years old or newer.
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
• Complete over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
• Ensure cargo integrity throughout transportation.
• Deliver freight safely and efficiently while meeting customer expectations.

HireNow Package Work Location Onsite – Pocatello, Idaho Applicants residing within approximately 100 miles of Pocatello, Idaho are strongly encouraged to apply.Compensation

• 5 Immediate Openings
• Weekly Earnings: $1,202 – $1,512
• Annual Earnings: $62,504 – $78,624
• Competitive CPM Pay
• Safe & On-Time Bonus Program

Schedule

• Solo Driver Position
• Home Every Two to Three Weeks
• Two to Three Days Off Between Runs
• Over-the-Road Operations

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Safe driving history and commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to support extended over-the-road assignments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous over-the-road driving experience.
• Experience hauling refrigerated freight.
• Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.

• Excellent defensive driving skills.
