Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory therapy to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in NICU, Emergency Department, ICU, and Med-surg units
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and neonatal neuro diagnostics
- Float across units including NICU II, adult ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Department as needed
- Support emergency care in a full-service community ER with pediatric patient care responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety standards
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as scheduled
What You Need
- Valid Indiana Respiratory Therapist license and applicable certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong critical thinking, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Ability to float between high acuity units and assist with pediatric care when necessary
