Director of Client Partnerships

Owning strategic, executive-level client relationships, the full-time Director of Client Partnerships will build integrated multi-channel plans, lead client touchpoints, and convert insights into actionable decisions while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end integrated planning for assigned accounts, aligning plans with business objectives and presenting at client touchpoints Build trusted relationships with director/VP level stakeholders and proactively identify and mitigate risks Lead forecasting and scenario modeling to connect investment recommendations to measurable outcomes Required Qualifications 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing, with a focus on driving growth and efficiency 4+ years of experience in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Strong cross-channel literacy in marketing, including Search, Social, and Display/TV & Audio Fluency in Bliss Point or similar tools, with the ability to translate insights into investment decisions BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent
