Feed Mill Supervisor

Feed Mill Supervisor Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. General Summary Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Must be willing to work 2nd shift. Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc. Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. Education Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. Benefits Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment. Base salary range of $58,015 - $70,488. Discretionary Bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s tri-annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
