The flexibility of home care also means you can manage your schedule effectively while ensuring high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.Administer therapeutic interventions targeting improved motion, strength, balance, and coordination while utilizing the latest evidence-based techniques.Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure you can dedicate adequate time to each individual, enhancing the quality of care provided.Implement and monitor effective exercise programs and manual therapy techniques, adapting as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.Engage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey by offering encouragement and support, fostering a positive outlook on their recovery.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care that supports optimal patient outcomes.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Web PT, to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Evaluate and adjust treatment protocols as needed based on continuous assessment of patient responses to therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on diverse populations requiring outpatient care, particularly those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. By providing targeted and compassionate care, you will help these patients improve their pain management strategies, function, and overall well-being.QualificationsPossess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Hold an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.Demonstrate significant expertise in orthopedic physical therapy settings.Exhibit exceptional manual therapy skills and the ability to design effective therapeutic exercise programs.Proficient in utilizing EMR systems like Web PT for clinical documentation and patient management.Stay current with advanced physical therapy methods and research to continually enhance treatment offerings.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a home care environment or outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a healthcare team.Proven record of developing patient-specific rehabilitation programs that yield positive outcomes.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
