HR Business Partner - Enabling Functions

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders in Legal, Finance, and IT. This role aligns people strategy with business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and change leadership across enabling functions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into integrated people strategy supporting growth and organizational priorities
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, and change
- Lead workforce planning and organization design efforts addressing capability gaps and future skills
- Partner across Legal, Finance, and HR functions on complex people matters and change initiatives
- Use people data and business metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate HR impact on outcomes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience in HR roles
- Strategic HR business partnering and organizational effectiveness experience
- Demonstrated talent and leadership development design and delivery capability
- Data fluency with digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools
- Business and financial acumen with continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed, global environments
Compensation: $190,000-$200,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
