What You'll Do
- Support the Community Manager in daily property operations
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
- Support marketing and leasing to keep occupancy high, including social media and community events
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leases, and maintenance
What You Bring
- Property management or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Property management software experience preferred
