Experience
- Engineering background HIGHLY desired.
- Maintenance background / know how
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proven experience leading a team, managing technicians/employees across multiple shifts.
- Experience developing talent (example: had helped someone on their team promote).
- Innovative : ready to bring in new ideas and level up the team.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, priorities.
