Job description:

Express is looking for an individual to fill an Accounting role for one of our clients. This role will require an individual to be a part of a team working days and hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

Documents/Filing of records
AP/AR duties - Collections and Payments - Invoicing and Billing
Investigation of discrepancies in AR/AP
Reviews invoices and codes expenditures and reconciles AR activity to GL accounts
Job cost analysis
Handling up front receptionist duties including the use of a multi-telephone line system

Requirements:

Be a team player
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
High School Diploma/Ged
Accounting degree preferred but not required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong computer skills and the ability to type
Experience with Microsoft excel
1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
