About the Role

You'll assist with the operation and maintenance of our binding and finishing equipment-perfect binders, saddle stitchers, folders, cutters, laminators, and more. This is hands-on work where you'll help ensure every job is completed accurately, on time, and to specification. We work hard and move fast, and we're a collaborative team that takes pride in quality and serving our customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist with operation of perfect binders, saddle stitchers, coil/comb binders, folders, and guillotines
• Perform die cutting, laminating, and other finishing work
• Operate paper drills, scorers, and perforators as needed
• Verify all jobs meet client specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues to the production manager
• Keep detailed production records
• Assist with quality control checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and adhere to all safety protocols

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of bindery/finishing production experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in operating binding and finishing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of binding materials and processes preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
