Flexible Schedule for Caregiver/PCA/CNA

Sharp Home Care is seeking caring and dependable professionals to provide non-medical, one-on-one support for seniors and adults receiving care in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

We offer a variety of client assignments featuring 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour shifts. Work schedules are determined by client care needs, caregiver availability, and placement opportunities.

Pay Rate $16.50$18.50 per hour, depending on the assigned client and the scheduled day of the shift.

Daily Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and routine daily activities Encourage companionship and provide emotional support Help keep the client's home clean, organized, and safe Carry out services according to each client's individualized care plan while completing required documentation Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Reliable transportation CPR and First Aid certification preferred Authorized to work in the United States Dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality care
