Start Date: 03/01/2026 (Pending Credentialing) End Date: 12/31/2026 Shift: Days (11am-9pm)NO WEEKENDS or ON CALL EMR: Cerner Rate: Negotiable Job Details: Facility is creating a Float Pool of providers for their open PRN shifts - open dates will be sent out via email once the provider is accepted. Provider working autonomously Supervising physician present during assignment ED responds to house codes (not secondary to ED emergencies) Hospitalists or ED physician writes admission orders Deliveries and any patients over 20-weeks with abdominal complaints received in ED are sent directly to Labor & Delivery ED responsible for monitoring/supervising paramedics/ambulances by radio 24-Hour availability for Radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray), Laboratory & OR Surgical Services: Ortho Consultants: Ortho, OBGYN, Gen, Surg, Neuro and Urology EKG Interpretations done by: Cariologists, ED Dr for In-department EKGs Coverage Detail: 10 hour midlevel shift (11am - 9pm) Will see patients by themselves but physician is always present for consultation Support Staff: 1 full-time NP, 2 PRN PAs (can sometimes take shifts Average Patient Volume: 20/day Number of Beds: 25 Requirements Board Certified DEA MI License - Not accepting IMLC ACLS & PALS Must be Local Clean Background
