You'll be trusted to:Put safety first on every job and follow company policies and proceduresPerform both emergency and non-emergency plumbing, and drain-cleaning servicesOperate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipmentDiagnose problems and complete quality work with professionalism and attention to detailWrite, clear and detailed invoices, proposals and job reportsWork in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, low-clearance areas and heightsWork outdoors and in changing weather conditionsSafely operate a company vehicleRead, understand and complete scopes of work with limited supervisionLead by example and mentor apprentices, helping them build both technical skills and confidenceDeliver the kind of customer service that turns first-time customers into cheerleader customers!RequirementsActive Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing LicenseHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteouslyProven plumbing and mechanical skillsAbility to work independently while also leading and mentoring apprenticesStrong problem-solving and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read, write, and complete scopes of work with limited supervisionSafety-first mindsetStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceCommitment to exceptional customer serviceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Clean motor vehicle recordClean backgroundAbility to pass a drug testWhy Master Plumbing?Because where you work matters.
