Owners Project Management firm seeks candidates for Clerk of the Works positions in public and private building projects. Types of projects may include residential, office, higher education, healthcare, and unique government facilities such as public safety and courthouses.
Candidates must have:

- Experience serving as Clerk of the Works on a least three building projects that have project values of at least $1 million,
- Demonstrated understanding of the quality assurance function, and
- Experience preparing daily and other required reports.
- On five or more building projects,
- On at least one project with a value of at least $50 million, and
- On at least two public projects constructed using Chapter 149 or Chapter 149A.
