Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active Florida SLPA license required
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with K–12 students across all grade levels
• Willingness and ability to travel between multiple schools throughout Hendry County
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Effective at adapting to the needs of different school environments and caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language support services to students per IEP requirements
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in screening, assessment, and therapy implementation under SLP direction
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
• Adapt therapy practices to best serve each unique student population
