Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Maplewood, MN Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 (potential to extend and/or hire on permanently (NO C2C!)) Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Maplewood, MN . This role offers exposure to multiple facets of supply chain operations, supporting global and domestic processes that ensure efficient product flow and customer satisfaction. Please note: This is a recurring position with our client, serving various logistical departments, and the timing of available openings may vary. Job Functions could include: International Logistics: Coordinate and optimize global transportation strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Load Factor Analysis: Monitor and analyze shipment efficiency to maximize utilization and reduce costs. Customer Service Support: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve order and delivery issues promptly. Trade & Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements. Supply Chain Flow Management: Support end-to-end product line flow, from raw materials to finished goods distribution. Production Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Raw Materials Procurement: Work with sourcing teams to maintain material availability and manage supplier relationships. Basic Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field. 0–3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, WMS/TMS, and ERP systems (SAP). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of international trade compliance and logistics preferred.
