Our technicians work directly in the field keeping natural gas TEG dehydration systems running efficiently for our customers. What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, independent field position. You will travel to customer production locations and be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting TEG glycol dehydration systems and identifying operational problems
• Pulling lean and rich glycol samples and evaluating system performance
• Adjusting glycol pump circulation rates and stroke settings based on system conditions
• Monitoring and adjusting absorber and surge tank liquid levels
• Inspecting, adjusting, and servicing reboiler burners
• Making field decisions and process changes independently
• Documenting site conditions and communicating findings to management
• Representing BH Energy Services professionally with customer personnel on location

What We're Looking For

We will provide hands-on TEG dehydration training to the right candidate. What we cannot teach is mechanical common sense, work ethic, and the ability to think independently in the field. The ideal candidate has:

• Background in oil and gas production operations, compressor service, gas plant operations, pipeline maintenance, or industrial mechanical work
• Valid driver's license (required)
• TWIC card (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently at customer sites without daily supervision
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
• H2S and basic oilfield safety certifications (preferred)
• Professional, customer-facing communication skills
