Join Our Team in Mason, OH Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that involves processing a variety of vision insurance claims and ensuring compliance with insurance plan requirements? Responsibilities Efficiently process various vision insurance claims and adjustments. Review claims for completeness and compliance with business requirements. Coordinate and correct claim errors, maintaining the Medicare/Medicaid Pend Claims process. Participate in special project initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and communication with key customer interfaces. Basic Requirements High School diploma or equivalent work experience. 3 years of data entry experience. Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues, and maintain strong attention to details. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid business. Understanding of vision benefits and/or insurance industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
