Responsibilities

• Efficiently process various vision insurance claims and adjustments.
• Review claims for completeness and compliance with business requirements.
• Coordinate and correct claim errors, maintaining the Medicare/Medicaid Pend Claims process.
• Participate in special project initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with key customer interfaces.

Basic Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of data entry experience.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues, and maintain strong attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid business.
• Understanding of vision benefits and/or insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
