Unit Manager RN/LPN Daytona Beach, FL Carlton Shores Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager RN/LPN to join our team! As a Unit Manager RN/LPN at Carlton Shores Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while overseeing the daily operations of our unit. About the Role: Unit Leadership : Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and other support staff. Patient Care : Supervise and oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, compassionate care. Operations Management : Plan, organize, and direct the daily activities of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and supply management. Quality Improvement : Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Communication : Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, medical staff, and administrative teams, to ensure seamless communication and care coordination. Compliance : Ensure that all unit operations are in compliance with regulatory agencies, accreditation standards, and facility policies.
