Associate General Counsel - Real Estate Investment Firm

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Fully on-site) About the Role The Associate General Counsel is an entry-level, growth-oriented opportunity designed for recent law school graduates looking to launch their careers in litigation and in-house legal practice, along with junior candidates looking to transition from a firm into in-house. This role offers hands-on exposure to front-line litigation and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced legal team on a wide range of matters. You will be involved in every stage of the litigation process, with a primary focus on landlord-tenant issues and legal compliance. The role provides strong mentorship and the chance to develop into a more senior legal position over time. Key Responsibilities Support landlord-tenant matters and assist operational teams with legal compliance Participate in all phases of litigation, including tort, contract, and commercial disputes Conduct legal research on state laws, regulations, and employment practices Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence Assist in preparing for negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearing Collaborate with senior attorneys and outside counsel on case strategy development Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (recent graduates encouraged to apply) 0-4 years of litigation experience (entry-level candidates welcome) Interest in litigation and commercial real estate or landlord-tenant law #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
