The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality standards of food and service, manage staff, monitor inventory, and implement company policies. The role includes developing employee skills, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Experience in restaurant operations and staff management Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle inventory management and scheduling Proficiency in implementing and maintaining company policies Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Waffle House, Inc.
