Senior Technical Lead
The Senior Technical Lead plays a crucial role in managing technology within complex projects. This position is responsible for providing expert technical guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project objectives and align with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in.Net, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity through effective coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes, focusing on performance optimization and implementation of best practices and coding standards in.Net development to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
- Ensure process compliance within the assigned module and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews, serving as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, identifying technical alternatives, evaluating best packages, and assessing technical risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate the closure of escalations.
Skill Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in.Net framework and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, performance tuning, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, specifically Jenkins and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Certification optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .Net Developer.
