We are seeking a Project Manager II with an active TS/SCI clearance to support post-award prototype projects in a fast-paced government environment. This role partners closely with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to drive successful project execution and mission outcomes. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity as a new step in your career, apply now!Key Responsibilities* Manage post-award project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements* Coordinate with Government AORs, technical teams, and performers to track progress and deliverables* Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates across all parties* Identify project risks/issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed* Monitor financial performance, maintain reporting accuracy, and contribute to process improvementsKey Requirements* Active TS/SCI clearance (required)* 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a government or defense environment* Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field### Preferred Qualifications* PMP, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification* Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements* Familiarity with project management methodologies and lifecycle processes
