Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety regulations. Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is sanitized and properly stored. Collaborate with team members during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food quality. Contribute to catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food with attention to detail and presentation.
