Location: Kings Mountain, NC (and surrounding areas)
Salary: $60,000 $78,000 per year (Starting pay based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
(Note: Requires flexibility for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends during peak season: Oct mid-Jan)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to reach peak productivity.
- Master the Inventory: Maintain "gold-standard" accuracy through regular audits and WMS management.
- Optimize Operations: Develop and implement workflows to improve speed and safety.
- Strategic Coordination: Partner with vendors and transportation teams to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Data-Driven Growth: Track KPIs like order turnaround and accuracy to constantly raise the bar.

- Experience: Proven track record in warehouse management or a senior logistics role.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
