Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Distillation Operator Assistant to join our fast-paced production team. In this vital role, you will be the boots on the ground supporting our core chemical processing operations and working closely with our Lead Distillation Operators.

This position offers a perfect blend of hands-on mechanical work, field monitoring, quality testing, and material handling. As an Assistant Operator, you won’t just be following directions—you’ll be learning the ins and outs of our complex distillation systems, ensuring smooth feedstock logistics, and laying the groundwork for a strong career in chemical plant operations.
