Position Overview As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Mint Hill, NC. Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners, drives proactive sales conversations, delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, leverages ecosystem partnerships, performs lobby engagement, educates customers on options, applies product and procedural knowledge, manages risk, and participates in daily branch operations. Responsibilities Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
