Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant, Supervisor, or Manager-level accounting professional for a Phoenix-based organization. This is a full-time position offering opportunity for growth and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic accounting department. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting functions and oversee accounting team Prepare and review financial statements Ensure accuracy of accounting records and transactions Manage accounts payable and receivable Conduct financial analysis and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Mentor junior accounting staff Participate in budget planning and forecasting Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred 5+ years accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Proficiency with accounting software and ExcelLeadership and team management experience Strong communication and analytical skills Compensation Salary: $120,000 – $150,000/year Full benefits package Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Talent Network
