Legal Assistant (Vietnamese Speaker)

Bilingual, Vietnamese-speaking Legal Assistant needed for Estate Planning Law Firm in Norcross, GA. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant based in Norcross, GA. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, attending client consultations, preparing basic legal documents and supporting attorney and paralegals in day-to-day tasks. Additional responsibilities include participating in educational and entertaining social media videos, scanning documents, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely handling of legal & office processes. Qualifications Bilingual Vietnamese-speaker with experience multi-tasking and proficiency on the computer, scanning and emailing. Professionally dressed in client-facing office attire. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team under deadlines. Punctual and enthusiastic about working with directly clients and our team. We need an upbeat personality to join our dynamic team! Willing to work with our team of paralegals, following their instructions & requests. Self-Starter with Initiative Required.
