Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized insurance recommendations by comparing products from multiple carriers.

• Sell Medicare health plans, life insurance policies, final expense, and annuity solutions.

• Meet with clients in person or remotely to assess needs and build trust.

• Educate clients on product options and assist them through the enrollment process.

• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and follow up on all leads and referrals.

• Continue your professional development with training from high-performing brokers.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed & Experienced: Active Life & Health license required with 2+ years in sales or insurance preferred.

• Client-Centered: You prioritize finding the right solution—not pushing a product.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital quoting tools, CRM systems, and mobile devices.

• Sales-Minded: You enjoy solving problems and helping clients make smart decisions.

• Independent & Accountable: You want to run your own book, but also thrive with structured support.

Compensation

• Commission-Only Pay Range: $0 – $150,000+ annually
• Bonus Opportunities: Carrier incentive programs and internal contests
