Sales Closer

We are seeking an aggressive, high-energy Sales Closer to join a growing, privately-held digital solutions firm. This is a dedicated closing role—not a general account management position. You will be responsible for managing high-ticket sales cycles, commanding attention, and converting high-net-worth prospects who may not initially realize the value of our solutions. The ideal candidate has experience selling to legal professionals or high-net-worth individuals and possesses the "closing spirit" necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• High-Ticket Closing: Manage and close complex sales opportunities with high-net-worth individuals and legal professionals (specifically personal injury attorneys).
• Consultative Selling: Utilize a proactive, "closing spirit" approach to overcome objections and articulate the value of our services to sophisticated, high-ego prospects.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize the internal CRM (Close) effectively to manage sales activities, move prospects through the funnel, and ensure consistent conversions.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development team to convert inbound and outbound leads into new business.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven success in high-net-worth sales, with specific experience dealing with attorneys or legal professionals.
• Skills: closing ability, high energy, and the confidence to command a room and influence decision-makers.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Close) and communication platforms (Slack) is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates exceptional sales performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
• OTE: $150,000 – $200,000
• Benefits: Includes dental, health (individual covered, plus contribution toward family), and Simple IRA plan (eligible for annual enrollment).
