General Manager - Lead the Lounge with Passion & Purpose!

As our General Manager , you'll be the captain of the ship , balancing hands-on restaurant operations with a smart business strategy to keep the vibes high and the burgers sizzling.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Leadership (70%)

Keep quality, safety, and service standards top-tier
Manage prep, portioning, and customer flow to reduce wait times
Be a problem-solving pro -jump in where needed
Lead by example with next-level hospitality and team spirit
Oversee cleanliness and sanitation-because details matter

Business & Strategy (30%)

Own the P&L game -drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
Build a strong community presence to attract new and returning guests
Hire, train, and develop an all-star team
Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards

What You Bring to the Table

-5+ years of restaurant management experience

-Cool under pressure-fast-paced environments are your jam

-A leader at heart -you inspire, motivate, and rally the team

-Strong business skills-budgeting, cost controls, and strategy are second nature

-Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)

-ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
