We are a large, growing maintenance service company serving apartment communities and residential clients across multiple trades. We are seeking a qualified HVAC technician with at least 10 years of residential heating and cooling experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic, repair, removal, and replacement skills, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Remove and replace HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and verify proper system operation.
• Work safely in apartments, homes, attics, and rooftop equipment areas.
• Communicate clearly with residents, clients, and team members.
• Maintain accurate service records and a clean work area.

Required System Experience

Candidates must be experienced with the following configurations:

• Horizontal, ceiling-mounted air handlers with electric heat pump heating and cooling and rooftop condensers.
• Horizontal, ceiling-mounted air handlers with heat pump cooling, hydronic hot water heating, and rooftop condensers.
• Vertical, closet-mounted air handlers with electric heat pump heating and cooling and rooftop condensers.
• Vertical, closet-mounted air handlers with heat pump cooling, hydronic hot water heating, and rooftop condensers.
• Horizontal, attic-mounted systems with heat pump cooling, gas heating, and exterior condensers.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and equipment replacement skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide required employment eligibility documentation.
• Ability to complete a background check consistent with applicable law.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and professional customer service skills.
