Phlebotomist

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join the Mercy Medical Center team. The role focuses on safe blood collection and ensuring sample quality for accurate patient testing. Responsibilities Safely collect blood samples via venipuncture, heel‑sticks, and finger sticks. Ensure quality of blood samples and proper labeling. Verify patient identification and follow safety protocols. Maintain patient safety and comfort while following established standards. Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff. Education and Work Experience Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have passed an accredited phlebotomy course with clinical experience or have one year of continuous phlebotomy experience. Salary USD $18.66 – $30.79 per hour.
