TGG, a Reading, PA area manufacturer of custom-engineered heavy industrial equipment, seeks its first CFO to build the finance function from the ground up. This fully onsite leadership role reports to the CEO and partners with ownership to drive strategic financial direction across the company. You will own financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, project profitability, and bank relationships while leading a Finance team and supporting ERP implementation with Microsoft Dynamics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
