Pay: $18+/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Start Your Career! We are hiring Production & Assembly Workers to join a fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. This is a great entry-level opportunity with room for growth and advancement while working with modern welding and robotic technology . If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn new skills, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
- Work on assembly lines producing high-quality automotive components
- Stack parts and assist press operators and fellow assemblers
- Lift and position automotive parts onto jigs for robotic welding
- Operate welding machines and robotic equipment
- Produce parts according to established processes and quality standards
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Read and follow written operational standards and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment is a plus
