Professional Licensed Surveyor - Project Manager A dynamic team leader with a strong track record in surveying and project management. What You’ll Do Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on‑budget delivery. Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations. Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business‑development initiatives. Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations. Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance. What You Bring Licensed Land Surveyor (required). Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field. 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience with project oversight. Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively. Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset. Benefits Generous Paid Time Off.
