Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Clinical Supervisor
Full-Time | Monday–Friday |
You didn’t choose ABA by accident.
You chose it because you care deeply. Because seeing a child say their first word, make a friend, or gain independence means everything to you.
At Autism 360, we never want our clinicians to lose sight of why they entered this field in the first place.
That’s why we’ve built a company designed to support you — not just our learners.
We believe exceptional clinicians deserve exceptional support. So instead of overwhelming our BCaBAs with impossible expectations, we surround you with the resources, mentorship, leadership, and teamwork you need to truly thrive.
Why BCaBAs Love Autism 360
At Autism 360, you’re not “just another clinician.”
You’re a valued leader, mentor, advocate, and critical part of a child’s journey.
We’ve intentionally created a collaborative environment where you can:
- Focus on clinical excellence
- Grow your skills with hands-on mentorship
- Feel supported by leadership that’s actually onsite
- Build meaningful relationships with your team and families
- Have work-life balance while doing work that matters
Our programs focus on the whole child — not just a diagnosis. And our culture focuses on the whole clinician — not just productivity numbers.
Whether your goal is to become a stronger BCaBA, pursue your BCBA certification, or simply work somewhere that finally feels aligned with your values… we would love to meet you.
