Inside Sales Representative
PrideStaff is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company located in Chino, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with an opportunity to grow. Please see the job requirements below to be considered.
- Pay Range: $23-$25 (salary plus commission structure and unlimited upside potential)
- Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Job Duties/Description: We are looking for a candidate who wants a career and is motivated to learn and grow with a company that services the construction industry, athletic facilities, schools, and many other organizations. The ideal candidate will be a Tennis Enthusiast. This position is perfect for a person seeking a good, stable company with longevity.
- Provide customer service for existing customers, such as answering calls, responding to emails, order updates, providing statuses, etc.
- Provide support for the Outside sales team.
- Provide customers with quotes.
- Order processing.
- Follow through on orders from point of sale to shipment and/or completed installation.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and build new relationships.
- Identify and contact prospective customers by following up on open estimates.
- Utilize QuickBooks software to view and research customer historical transactions.
- Ability to professionally present promotional materials.
- Maintain company image and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 4 to 5 years of sales experience in the Construction/Manufacturing industry.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, emails, etc.).
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment and open to collaborating with the team towards a common goal. Working well with the team is essential in this role.
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent English verbal and written skills with neat, legible handwriting
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create workload during downtime (such as reorganizing, classes, supporting other departments, drumming up new business, reaching out to potential clients, etc.).
- Sports facilities knowledge for tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, football, indoor gyms, etc.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Ideal candidate has a stable, verifiable work history and positive supervisory references.
- Punctual with regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
