Current opening is in the following department: Mental Health & Wellness. This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of one year and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. Job Purpose Statement: Under general direction of the Program Director, perform difficult and varied coordinating and secretarial duties in relieving the director of administrative, technical, accounting, and clerical details.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including office and/or project management. • Education: Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
