• BLS

Mandatory Experience:

• PACU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must have strong Pre, PACU and Phase II skills.
• Schedule is 4 - 10's with variable schedule and shared on-call rotation.
• SSSU/PACU Nursing care duties include floating to the entire Outpatient Services area which includes: Day surgery, Endoscopy Lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Pre-operative Clinic and hospital needs of conscious sedation for special procedures.
• Skills in nursing assessment to include peri-operative education and care, recognizing post anesthesia and post-operative complications.
