What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all service department operations with full accountability for performance and results.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of service technicians and service coordinators.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations to support team growth and success.
• Provide guidance on equipment repairs and ensure all work meets established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including service demand and productivity, and implement improvements as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Partner with leadership to forecast service needs and set performance goals aligned with business objectives.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and proper use of equipment and materials.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with Weingartz values.

What We'll Need from You

• 2+ years of management experience in the service industry, with direct reports and proven results.
• 3+ years of service and repair experience preferred.
• Outdoor Power Equipment industry experience is a plus.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of business fundamentals, including sales, marketing, and basic accounting/finance.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.

Pay Range

• $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

When and Where You'll Be Working

• Full-Time Position
• Retail hours: Monday- Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• Weingartz - Clarkston, MI
