Must be able to lead a minimum of two shifts per week & must be available on Saturday Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, speed, and accuracy. Anticipate and prevent potential service disruptions before they occur. Coach and develop team members. Uphold high standards for food quality, hospitality, and operational performance. Foster a strong, caring team culture centered on communication, teamwork, and accountability. Monitor key shift metrics and make real-time adjustments to achieve goals. Collaborate with other leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Skills & Qualifications Minimum2+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, leadership, or other performance-focused environments.
