Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license. CPR certification. Home health experience required. Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend or on-call requirement. Coverage area includes Josephine County.
