Bayside Kubota Parts Advisor/Counter Person
Bayside Kubota in Upper Marlboro, MD is currently looking to hire a Parts Advisor/Counter Person. We are growing and as a result of this expansion, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to join our dealer group.

Essential functions include:
- Obtain customer and equipment info prior to arrival, when possible.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
- Clearly write up customers' equipment problems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle telephone inquiries and follow up on customers' voicemail messages.
- Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Process customer payment transactions to complete billing of repairs.
- Advise customers on the care of their equipment and the value of maintaining their equipment in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Help to coordinate the pick up and return of equipment via dealership's delivery services.
- Work closely with technicians, parts department, sales department, and all other employees within the dealership to achieve a common goal.
Qualifications include:
- Preferably one to two years' experience as a Parts Advisor/Counter Person but not necessary.
- A strong passion working with people and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with a good record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and weekends.
Location: Upper Marlboro, MD
Other duties may include any tasks as assigned.
